Trauma leaves behind unseen scars. Trauma can significantly affect our perspective, relationship with people, and perception of the world whether it results from childhood neglect, emotional abuse, a sudden death, an automobile accident, or other very upsetting occurrence.
Here in a warm, safe, and non judging environment, you can examine your narrative, feel seen, and start your recovery path. My treatment style is evidence-based, client-centered, and sympathetic. Working at your pace, together we will address the core of your suffering so you may go forward with confidence and clarity.
