I work with adults 18 and above, as well as couples or any relationship dynamics.

The way in which we form attachments from childhood can determine how we feel about ourselves, how we connect and interact with others, what drives us, and can contribute to our mental well-being. We will work to identify what attachment style is helping to guide you, how it has impacted you and utilize inner child techniques that help to repair any areas of insecure attachment.

Anxiety and depression are on a spectrum and depending on certain circumstances the same situation can affect you similarly. I will support you by helping you to identify the root issue, target triggers, increase coping skills, and give you the opportunity to start showing up in your life the way you want to experience it.

With so many voices telling you how we should look, who you should be, and how you should feel, this can sometimes lead you to seeing yourself as unacceptable. This can manifest in various ways including having a poor body image, low self-esteem or self-worth or even an eating disorder. I would like to support you by providing a safe place where you can discuss your feelings, challenge negative thoughts that erode your self-worth, work on building self-esteem and learn to appreciate who you are.

There are some people who would like aspects of their faith interwoven in therapy to help them understand or work through a difficult situation, or they may need support in strengthening their faith when it is being challenged or questioned. While there are others who are struggling with aspects of their faith that have wounded them, and may have even caused trauma. Let us work together to either fortify your faith and see your difficult situation through that lens, or work on deconstructing certain beliefs, and possibly gaining new perspectives to help guide you towards healing.

The concept of what grief is, or how it looks has changed over the years. It now includes situations beyond death, and can include trauma, the loss of a relationship, change in environment, misscarriage, even loss of identity to name a few. Likewise, how we have been socialized to express grief can be so limiting, which can contribute to other issues manifesting. As a person who has gone through the grieving process myself, I would be honored to walk with you through yours and help you through your healing process.

The meaning of trauma has changed over the years, and can include anything from a distressful situation, disturbing event to major life altering events. Regardless of where you find yourself on the spectrum, trauma can impact us in various ways. I will support and empower you by providing a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where we can hold space together, discuss how it has affected you both mentally and somatically, and work towards healing, freedom and restoration.

Family or group therapy: $230–$250
We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and accept Aetna, Anthem / BlueCross BlueShield, Oscar, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare (Optum) plans. We also offer a limited sliding scale rate for eligible clients.
In your first session, we’ll work together to understand your concerns, history, and goals. Depending on your needs (anxiety, trauma, grief, etc.), we’ll discuss a tailored approach, such as inner-child work, coping strategies, or faith-informed counseling.
The length of therapy varies by person and issue. For example, anxiety or self-esteem work might take fewer sessions, while trauma work may require longer-term commitment. We’ll set goals together, and regularly review your progress so you feel supported every step of the way.
